The Member of Parliament (MP) for the Bole-Bamboi Constituency of Savannah Region Alhaji Yussif Sulemana on 23rd August, 2023 presented an amount of GHc10,000 to the Savannah regional education directorate as his support towards the organisation of this year’s inter districts sports competition which is being hosted in Bole his constituency capital.
The donation which was done on behalf of the Hon MP by the Assemblyman for Yelwa electoral area of Bole, Adams Deen was received by Mr. Jamani Bakari the Bole district Ghana Education Service (GES) director incharge of supervision on behalf of the regional director of education.
The competition which was scheduled to come off earlier this year was cancelled due to lack of funding from the government and so the support from the Bole-Bamboi constituency MP therefore came at the right time.
Mr Jamani Bakari thanked the MP for his kind gesture on behalf of the regional directorate and promised the money will be used for its intended purpose.
