Nasco Tech on 5th June, 2023, celebrated a significant milestone as it graduated its inaugural Boot camp cohorts in Accra.

The occasion marked the completion of a rigorous 3-month training program, equipping these graduates with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in the job market. Amongst the graduates was Mr. Heglar Clement from the Sawla-Tuna-Kalba District of the Savannah Region.

In his opening speech, Banasco Nuhu Seidu, the Chief Executive Officer of Nasco Tech, outlined the company’s mission and articulated its vision for the future.

He underscored the transformative power of the NascoTech Bootcamp as a catalyst for technological advancement, stating, “In a world driven by groundbreaking
technologies such as Al, robotics, and blockchain, progress can sometimes be sluggish, especially for developing countries like ours.

The NascoTech Bootcamp serves as the catalyst for nurturing the next generation of tech giants in Ghana and Africa.We can shape a future of limitless possibilities and ignite innovation by fostering aspiring technologists, visionaries, and thought leaders and providing them with the necessary tools and networks.”

Hon. Godfred Jasaw lauded NascoTech and Nasco Feeding Minds for their significant contributions to mitigating irregular migration, generating employment
opportunities,and fostering prosperity at the grassroots level. He pledged his commitment to advocating for policies that support growth and enhance
technological opportunities such as those offered by Nasco Tech.

The Senior Lecturer of the Department of Computer Science and the Head of the Department of Political Science at the University of Ghana expressed their pride in their association with NascoTech and its shared mission of enhancing human capital and resourcefulness in Ghana.

Sharing a personal encounter and partnership with Nasco Feeding Minds, the Head of the Department, Political Science Prof. Seidu Alidu acknowledged the enormous contribution of Nasco Feeding Minds in equipping the youth and the Ghanaian workforce with relevant skills noting that ICT centers Nasco Feeding Minds have established at the department at the University of Ghana.

The Deputy National Youth Organizer of the New Patriotic (NPP) Isaac Jay Hyde observed the support systems government has outlined through agencies like GIFEC and the Accra Digital Center in supporting players in the digital space like Banasco to reach their fullest potential. Jay Hyde minced no words in commending Banasco and his team for their role in creating opportunities for young people in the country.

Filled with enthusiasm and a burning desire to showcase their newly acquired skills to the world, the graduates expressed their eagerness to seize the endless
opportunities that lie ahead. NascoTech is undeniably shaping the youth for a future dominated by global technology.

The graduation ceremony was graced by the presence of distinguished guests, underscoring the significance of this achievement. Among them were Jorge Miralles, an esteemed course instructor from Barcelona, Hon.
Godfed Seidu Jasaw, MP for Wa East Constituency; Mr. Zack, Technical Director at GIFEC; Mr Mark Mensah, a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Computer Science at the University of Ghana and Prof. Seidu M.Alidu, Head of the Department of Political science at the University of Ghana.

Others were Mr Daniel Osei Tuffour Executive Director of
ExLa Group; Hon.Saibu Mahama Deputy Director NADMO; The Creative Director of the Mansa World Project Chief Moomen, CEO of McBancy; the National Deputy
Youth Organizer of the NPP Isaac Jay Hyde among others.
