Three communities, Doli, Wawabile and Norkoryire in the Bole District of the Savannah Region have been connected to the national electriciry grid by tge DCE for Bole, Madam Veronica Alele Heming yesterday 22nd August, 2019.
Speaking to Bole based Nkilgi FM shortly after commissioning the electricity projects, the Bole DCE, Madam Veronica Alele Heming highlighted the importance of electricity and the need for judicious use for the three communities in the Bole district.
She said the project is the face one of the ongoing electrification projects earmarked to brighten the district, and very soon communities that do not have electricity in the Bole District will soon get their turn.
The Chief of Doli Doliwura Awuladese Mahama Seidu on behalf of the communities thanked the DCE for connecting their communities to the national grid.
He thanked the DCE and her officers for coming to their aid and that electricity for the communities will bring them out of darkness.
Meanwhile several projects are earmarked to be carried on in the district within the month of August.
