The Savannah Regional Women Organiser of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Madam Fatahia Mohammed has called on the women folks of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) in the Damongo Constituency to retain the Member of Parliament and Minister for Lands and Natural Resources, Hon Samuel Abu Jinapor as the MP for continuous development of the area.
Addressing women groups in Damongo Sunday 31st March 2024 in the Damongo Constituency after undertaking some engagements with them, Madam Fathia indicated that there is unprecedented pace of development in the constituency under Hon. Jinapor and the NPP which must continue in the next 4 years.
In a series of electoral area, polling station and media engagements, the Women Organiser facilitated what she calls “UNLEASHING THE WOMEN POWER IN THE SAVANNAH REGION, OPERATION BREAK THE 8 AND WIN MORE SEATS”.
She called on all Women stakeholders in the Damongo Constituency and Savannah Region at large to throw their support to the Women’s Wing by contributing massively to the victory of Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia and all NPP parliamentary candidates in the Region.
Madam Fatahia rallied them to brace themselves and get into work immediately in the polling stations and electoral areas. She enumerated the many women initiatives especially businesses support by the government and the many interventions the 1st and 2nd ladies are doing for Ghana.
On behalf of the wing, Madam Fatahia paid glowing tribute to the Minister for Lands and Natural Resources and MP for Damongo and his beautiful Wife Naada Abu Jinapor for prioritizing women issues in the midst equally important numerous mandates in the Damongo Constituency.
She expressed her readiness and passion to work closely with each Constituency following through a detailed campaign strategy to maximize the chances of the NPP in the Region.
