200 students from the Damongo Constituency who gained admissions into various tertiary schools have benefited from the support of the Member of Parliament (MP) for the Damongo constituency Hon. Samuel Abu Jinapor.

The beneficiary students are to receive the cash support from the MP’s office to support them pay for admission.

Coordinator at the office of the MP, Mr Bawa Fuseini (Capacity) in an interview with Bole based Nkilgi Fm said the support to the needy but brilliant students in the Damongo Constituency is fully funded by Hon. Abu Jinapor and that, the office received 200 applications for financial support which have been considered by the member of parliament.

Mr. Bawa Fuseini also disclosed that the amount of GHc100,000 received will be disbursed to the students as soon as possible to help them cater for their admission fees and other related expenses.

Education according to Mr Capacity is the major priority of the member of parliament and that Hon. Jinapor will do everything possible to change the narrative of education from the basic level to the tertiary through the extension of his support to both students and teachers.
