Some Members of the National Democratic (NDC) in the Bole- Bamboi  Constituency of the Savannah Region have threatened to seize a pickup vehicle belonging to the Feeder Roads Department that the New Patriotic Party (NPP) candidate for Bole-Bamboi Constituency David Sei Demah is using for campaign.

Speaking to Bole based Nkilgi Fm, the Deputy NDC Communication officer for the Bole- Bamboi Constituency Mr Iddisah Tahiru Omega disclosed that that had to restrain NDC supporters from seizing a pickup vehicle belonging to the Feeder Roads Department of Bole that has been maintained allegedly by the Bole District Assembly and given to the NPP Parliamentary candidate for his campaign.

Tahiru Omega said it is wrong for an NPP Parliamentary candidate to be using a Feeder Roads pickup while the Officer in charge one Mr Yeboah has no official vehicle to move round.

But the NPP Communication Officer for the Bole- Bamboi Constituency Alhaji Aseiku Sulemana said the NPP Parliamentary candidate for Bole- Bamboi  Constituency is the Bole District Director of the Nation Builders Corps (NABCO) programme which is a government initiative to address graduate unemployment to solve social problems.
He said the NABCO Director Bole District requested for a the vehicle to do monitoring.

He explained that anyone can write to the Bole District Assembly and request for a vehicle and that the NPP candidate wrote a letter to the Bole District Assembly and was given the vehicle for monitoring.

He added that the NPP has not yet launched their campaign in Bole- Bamboi Constituency and so the NPP candidate is only using the pickup vehicle for monitoring.
Alhaji Aseiku said the NDC was worse when it comes to use of goverment vehicles when they were in power.

The NDC Communication  Officer for Bole- Bamboi Constituency Tahiru Omega responded to Alhaji Aseiku by daring him to provide evidence of the letter David Sei Demah wrote to the Bole District Assembly requesting for the pickup belonging to the Feeder Roads Department of the Bole District.

He denied that the NDC in Bole- Bamboi Constituency used government vehicles for campaign and dared the NPP Communication Officer to prove his assertion.

Tahiru Omega said the NDC in Bole- Bamboi Constituency will monitor how long the NPP Parliamentary candidate will use the pickup vehicle if only the NPP said the vehicle is meant for monitoring of NADCO employees.

Bole based Nkilgi Fm reported that a Mitsubishi pickup vehicel belonging to the Feeder Roads Department in the Bole District that was parked at the goverment quarters garage of the Feeder Roads Officer for Bole District Mr Yeboah was maintained and given to the NPP Parliamentary candidate  for campaigning.
