A group known as the Friends of Banasco Seidu Nuhu in the Sawla-Kalba Constituency of the Savannah Region has on 17th July 2023 picked a nomination form for Mr Banasco Seidu Nuhu to contest in the upcoming New Patriotic Party (NPP) Parliament primaries.
Mr. Banasco Seidu Nuhu is the Executive Director of Nasco Feeding Minds, an NGO mainly operating in the District. He contested in the 2020 Presidential and Parliamentary elections as an aspiring MP on the ticket of NPP.
Speaking exclusively to Bole based Nkilgi Fm a Member of the Friends of Banasco Seidu Nuhu, Mr. Ahmed Iddrisu said, Mr Banasco has always remain a loyal and dedicated member of the NPP who has demonstrated outstanding qualities as a leader.
Mr Ahmed Iddrisu said, their preferred candidate has always been a party member who has groomed the youth of Sawla to be a blessing to the district.
He added, even though Mr. Banasco Seidu Nuhu lost in the 2020 elections as he contested to be the MP for Sawla-Tuna-Kalba Constituency he has still been able to help the constituents with employment opportunities in hairdressing, tailoring, agriculture etc, and the NPP is proud to have a young man who is developmental oriented.
The polling station women organizer for Methodist polling station, Madam Christiana Adams who led the royal ladies for the NPP, speaking to Bole based Nkilgi Fm said, the development of Sawla-Tuna-Kalba is very important and Mr. Banasco Seidu Nuhu is the ultimate choice to solve the hardships that the youth face in the district, she said, whether you belong to NDC or NPP Mr. Banasco Seidu Nuhu will help you in your time of need.
She admonish all to vote for Mr. Banasco Seidu Nuhu because after he wins the primaries to be the MP for Sawla-Tuna-Kalba Constituency he will be a father for all.
Miss Theresa Poumaaye, the president of the Royal ladies of NPP said Mr Banasco Seidu Nuhu has always been a generous person who seeks for the development of the NPP, hence he will always be the candidate the royal ladies will vote for, she mentioned the various initiatives Mr. Banasco Seidu Nuhu has implemented even though he is not the MP, she said all should vote for him to help the vulnerable in society.
