The National Democratic Congress (NDC) Regional Director of Security and Intelligence for Savannah who is also a former District Chief Executive (DCE) for North Gonja and a former constituency Youth Organiser for Daboya-Mankarigu Mr Sorku Kassim Yahuza has declared his intention to contest as Regional Organiser of party in Savannah Region.
In a statement copied to Bole based Nkilgi Fm on 21st September, 2022, Mr Sorku said he is coming with the requisite experience and temperament and fully charged to do everything within his limitations for a resounding victory for NDC in the 2024 elections.
Sorku Kassim Yahuza further said; “Having fully done my introspection and necessary consultation within the rank and file of our great party. I, Sorku Kassim Yahuza (HON. SKY) wish to declare my intention to contest and fill the position of Regional Organizer of NDC in Savannah Region”.
The former DCE for North Gonja added; “Due to the enormity of the task ahead of us, our party need a strategic, tactical and above all a team player who can marshal all the forces within and outside our party for a one touch victory come 2024 presidential and parliamentary elections.
Acordingly, I come to you with the requisite experience and temperament fully charged to do everything within my limitations for a resounding victory for NDC”.
Sorku Yahuza added that; “Having served our party in various capacities: as NDC Savannah Regional Director of Security and Intelligence, District Chief Executive (DCE) and as a constituency Youth Organizer; I understand the dynamics and tactics required to mobilise and spur the operation of our party to victory in 2024 as Regional Organizer”.
He called on the rank and file of the great NDC in the Savanna Region to see this movement as the beginning of a revolution towards “NDC Victory 2024” and to endorse his candidature as Regional Organizer of NDC in Savannah Region.
