The APSONIC MOTORS Company Limited has donated some items to the Bole Fitters Association, the Immigration Service and the Ghana Police Service
to help combat the COVID-19 in the Bole District of the Savannah Region.
The donations were done by a team from APSONIC MOTORS today Tuesday 19th May, 2020 and the items donated include 600 pieces of facemasks, 4 pieces of Infra- red Thermometer guns,100 pieces of Reflectors and 5 Veronica buckets.
The team from APSONIC MOTORS that went round to do the donations were the Country Director Mr Wang Wenze, the Marketing Supervisor Mr Hashim Salifu, the Northern Region Manager Mr Abdul- Karim Nasamu and Mr Mohammed Sadik of SADIK Motors in Bole.
Speaking to Bole based Nkilgi FM shortly after the donation, the Manager of APSONIC MOTORS company Limited for Northern Region Mr Karim Nasmu said they were in Bole to present items to their service providers as a means to protect themselves from the COVID-19 pandemic.
Manager of SADIK MOTORS who are the distributors for APSONIC Motors in Bole Mr David Ajisowine thanked the company for coming to assist the people of Bole with the items to help stop the spread of COVID-19.
He assured the people of Bole about their commitment in providing quality APSONIC Motors of any brand at affordable prices for the betterment of everyone.
The Deputy Superintendent of Immigrations Service in Bole, Mr E. E. Ahenkpor said they were very grateful to have received items to help stop the COVID-19 spread.
He mentioned that as Ghana Immigration service, they are obliged to protect the borders at all times. He said individuals and Institutions have been donating items to them to help stop COVID-19 but as Oliver Twist may put it, “they will always ask for more”.
The Bole District Commander of the Ghana Police Service DSP David Azumah said they appreciate the gesture and pleaded with for a motor bike to aid the Police Service in their patrols around the District.
