The Savannah Regional Chairman of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) Alhaji Seidu Imoro affectionately called ‘Man blessing’ has donated traditional drums to the Sawla Chief and his traditional council today Monday 23rd September, 2019.
The NDC Chairman for the Savannah Region equally promised donating two hundred (200) pieces of plastic chairs to the council.
He indicated that the plastic chairs could be used during naming and marriage ceremonies.
Alhaji Imoro Seidu equally added that during funerals, chiefs enskinment, and other rites the drums and furniture could be used together.
The Savannah Chairman of NDC was accompanied by a Deputy Regional youth Organiser of NDC for the Savannah Region Yahaya Kalusha, the Sawla-Tuna-Kalba constituency Chairman, Hon. Alhaji Osman Salia and other NDC bigwigs within Savannah and Sawla-Tuna-Kalba constituency.
Alhaji Imoro further pleaded with the Chief of Sawla Sawlawura Idddrisu Nungbaso to bless the NDC Flag bearer John Dramani Mahama for the 2020 election.
The occasion was graced with the party youth, foot soldiers and women groups.
