Former NPP  chairman for the Damongo constituency, Nana Aboagye Kwame has presented two tailoring machines and two hairdressing machines to four ladies who graduated yesterday in Damongo.

This is the second time Nana Kwame is making such presentation to the graduating Tailors that undergo Tailoring training in the Damongo constituency.

Earlier last month, Nana Kwame presented five (5) tailoring machines to some five women and promised to continuously support them with machines anytime they are graduating instead of giving them cash which ends up in wrong hands.

Speaking at the passing out ceremony held in Damongo, former NPP Chairman Kwame said he is using his own cash to support them and not from any politician and therefore urged the women to continue to pray for him to be able to reach out to them always.

Madam Amankwa Sakinatu, mistress to some of the graduands thanked Nana Kwame and praised him for all that he has been doing for the past years for the Tailors and Hairdressers Association of Damongo.

She further pleaded with Nana Kwame to continue to do more since his name has become a household name in the constituency.

Former NPP Chairman Kwame in another development presented a total cash of 2,700 Ghana Cedis to another group of women in a suburb of Damongo called Canteen to support them learn hand work in the area.

The women group known as Savanna Ladies has a membership of about 30 and they do a monthly contribution to raise 500 Ghana Cedis to support each member to learn any form of handwork.

Former NPP Chairman Kwame has since presented to them 2, 500 Ghana Cedis to support 5 of them and also 2 hundred Ghana Cedis for the running of the group.
