The Member of Parliament (MP) for the Bole-Bamboi Constituency Hon Alhaji Yusif Sulemana on 1st October, 2024 inspected the reshaping of Sonyo-Kiape-Bole road which is in a deplorable state.
Alhaji Yusif Sulemana and his entourage including National Democratic Congress (NDC) Executives were in Sonyo to meet with the Paramount Chief of the Sonyo Traditional Area Sonyowura Adamu Kanyiti (I) and members of the communities to formally inform them about the initiatives which is financed by former President John Dramani Mahama. The Bole MP long ago lobbied for tipper trucks, a bulldozer, a grader ans so on for the reshaping of the road.
At Sonyo, Alhaji Yusif Sulemana handed over GHC10,000 to Sonyowura for his Damba celebration.
The people of Sonyo are grateful to the Bole MP since he moved the graders, bulldozers, tipper trucks and other machines from the Bole to Sonyo and started work on the road.
