The Member of Parliament (MP) for the Bole-BamboiConstituency Hon Yusif Sulemana through his constituency Chairman Alhaji Alhassan Kassim on Friday 24th March, 2023 presented a cash amount of GHc5,000 to the good people of Gbampe community as his personal contribution towards the construction of a bridge which the community members initiated.
A couple of weeks ago, the office of the Bole-Bamboi MP received an appeal from the Gbampe community elders seeking for support to purchase 16 bags of cement to support the construction of a bridge so they could eliminate the phenomenon where their community is cut off from the rest of the District, especially during the rainy seasons.
It is on the back of this that Hon Yusif Sulemana made the cash donation to the community.
The Bole-Bamboi NDC Constituency Chairman in his address assured the community members that, the next NDC government would ensure that their deplorable road is fixed the same way it did when the John Mahama administration extended electricity to them and many other hard to reach communities in the District.
Mr Anthony Tangba on behalf of the entire community expressed their appreciation to the Bole MP for for his kind gesture since he exceeded their expectations in multiple folds because they asked for only 16 bags of cement which cost around GHc1,600 but got GHc5,000 from him.
Mr Tangba further prayed for God’s guidance and blessings upon the lives of the MP and his executives.
The Bole-Bamboi Constituency NDC Chairman Alhaji Alhassan Kassim on the same day on behalf of the MP also donated 10 bags of cement to a young man in Mankumah whose home got raised down by fire.
