The Executive Director of Nasco Feeding Minds Ghana Mr Banasco Seidu Nuhu was invited to join in the celebrationof the 30th year Anniversary of the Development Cooperation Center (CCD) and the 15th Anniversary of the Association of Universities for Cooperation (AUCOOP) of the Polytechnic University of Catalunya (UPC), for 6 years (Saint Gabriel celebration).
The lecture was on digital literacy, a tool to accelerate the development of the African continent.
Nasco Feeding Minds has been a partner of the institution and executed projects through the Center of Development Cooperation (CCD). the center sends student volunteers to
Ghana to assist Nasco Feeding Minds to perform periodic maintenance in
augmenting Nasco Feeding Minds ICT Literacy project.
Banasco outlined in his submission colonial educational structures that shepherded African elites to fit into the colonial administrative system and that instead of educating people with technical expertise to lead the development of the continent, diversifying the educational system has therefore become imperative.
Mr Nuhu noted the role and intervention of Nasco Feeding Minds in establishing 14 ICT centers all connected to satellite internet and have educated over 20000 students since 2010 in ICT literacy.

According to him, Africa present a new platform which champion’s Digital Computer literacy in the fourth revolution era in computer literacy after India, China and United States of America.
