The Managing Director of the Ghana Water Company Limited Hon. Adam Mutawakilu Garlus stormed his home Constituency of Damongo to a tumultuous welcomed across.

His entry into Busunu and Damongo in the West Gonja Municipality after his appointment by President John Dramani Mahama.was well received by the people.

He first made a stop at Busunu where he was met by enthusiastic residents who accompanied him to the Palace of Busunuwura Monasa Jonokpowu (II) to pay homage to the Busunuwura, Sub-Chiefs, Queenmothers and Land owners.

Hon Mutawakilu Adams Garlus had an interactive town hall meeting with the people and Youth of Busunu.

The Managing Director of Ghana Water Company made short stops at over Six 6 villages along the Busunu-Damongo stretch.

The entry of Hon. Adam Mutawakilu Garlus into Damongo town witnessed a massive crowd with residents waving from their shops and selling places as a crowd followed him with traditional rhythms and dances.

The Managing Director of the Ghana Water Company Hon Adam Mutawakilu Garlus first paid a courtesy visit to the Damongowura Seidu Kelly Boresa (I) who welcomed him back home and showed his sincere happiness for his appointment and charged him to closely his “home” and not forgetting of his people back home. He also assured the Managing Director of his full support.

The Busunuwura expressed his support to the new Managing Director of the Ghana Water Company ro ending the Damongo and Busunu water challenges.

Hon Adam Mutawakilu Garlus, headed to the Jakpa Palace to meet with the Kimg and Overlord of Gonja Yagbonwura Bii-Kunuto Jewu Soale (I) who warmly welcomed him amidst traditional dances and songs.

The Yagbonwura called on all to work with the Managing Director of the Ghana Water company, support him in which ever way in other for him to leave memorable legacies to make Savannah Region and President John Dramani Mahama proud.

Hon Mutawakilu Adams Garlus shared good news to the Yagbonwura and ask for his full support, guidance and protection

The Managing Director of the Ghana Water Company called on Gonjas and beyond to collectively work to see President John Dramani Mahama’s Government succeed and deliver to expectations.
