The Member of Parliament (MP) for Yapei – Kusawgu
constituency in Savannah Region Hon. John Abdulai Jinapor has supported the Buipe Senior High School financially to rehabilitate their wash rooms and toilet facilities of the administration block.
According to the Buipe Ward Coordinator of the NDC in the Yapei-kusawgu constituency Mr Inusah Sulemana, he said the MP donated Gh¢2,000 to support the school rehabilitate the school’s wash room and toilet facilities and to make it easier for the students when they are to attend to nature’s call.
He said the school authority appealed to the MP and he donated the Gh¢2,000 in the interim and will subsequently bring more support to the school as known of him.
This presentation was done on behalf of the MP by the constituency Secretary Hon Mahama Fuseini and the ward coordinator Inusah Sulamana to the headmaster and other staff members present.
The Headmaster of the Buipe Senior High School, Mr. Abdulai Baba Hashim thanked the MP for his Swift and timely response.
He promised that the money would be used judiciously to mitigate the challenge the school is facing.
