The 2020 National Democratic Congress (NDC) candidate for the Obuasi East Constituency in the Ashanti Region Mr Samuel Aboagye has once again declared his intention to contest the 2023 NDC parliamentary primaries
Mr Aboagye has since filled his nomination forms and in a speech indicated he is very much poised to bring development to the area when given the opportunity to lead again which he knows God will speak for him to represent the people in Parliament come 2024.
Mr Aboagye said; “I appreciate your call for me to pick up forms to represent you in Parliament come 2024, I will not forget the confidence you have repose in me today, I appreciate the blessings of the chiefs and party faithfuls on this journey. I pledge to do my very best to ensure that Obuasi East becomes a model constituency for others when given the opportunity to serve. I will represent you well and make you proud”
Mr Aboagye who has been described as the ”saviour of the Obuasi East Constituency” has been very instrumental in the development of the Constituency and providing support to his people over the years.
His campaign tours saw massive love and endorsement from the rank and file of party faithfuls within the constituency where he has been speaking about his manifesto and how he intend to implement them when elected into office.
