If I ever become the PRESIDENT of GHANA, I would put a legislative instrument in place to stop all Ghanaian students not to study in UK, USA and France. There will not be any government scholarships to these cooperations and who ever that goes to study there can’t practice (work) in Ghana and Ghana won’t accept any foreign scholarships from the above countries.

I would direct all scholarships to China, India, Russia, Iran, Turkey, Germany, Cuba, Finland, Ukraine, Egypt, Morocco, Japan, Korea, Singapore,Thailand, Taiwan and a lot more countries that would give a practical hand on programs to our students. My research tells me it’s verily clear that about 90% of Ghanaian students who study in US, UK and France go to study oral theories that are not aggressive enough to changing the face of Ghana and Africa.

Ghanaian Students who study in UK, US and France contribute to the weakness of our institutions, some of them become dangerous to the extend that they become agent spys spying our governments and reporting to the west which is the most dangerous of it. Some of them who study there become very much volatile to handle.

My research tell me that any Ghanaian who studied in the UK, US and France wants to buy a house there, move his/her family there, have medical care there, educate there, and have businesses there. This is why any form of corruption is at it’s peak in our country and continent.

My research tells me any time a Ghanaian who had his/her education in these countries becomes a Minister or occupying any big office in Ghana, he/she steals to buy a house in the above countries In, US and France. My research tell me about 99% of Ghanaian Students who study in China, India, Russia, Iran, Turkey, Germany, Cuba, Finland, Ukraine, Egypt, Morocco, Japan, Korea, Singapore,Thailand, Taiwan will not buy a house there.

We need diplomatically smart thinking President to think through this and act on it. Inasmuch as Africa still educate her students in U.K. U.S. and France we will be in a bad business for a very long time. The faster we act the better.
